Notification of promotion based on seniority and performance evaluation of first and second class officers of National Human Rights Service

For the following positions to be filled by promotion based on seniority and performance evaluation, in the case of civil service, in accordance with Section 24 G1A of the Civil Service Act, 2049 (Fourteenth Amendment) and Section 4 of Section 14 of the Staff Adjustment Act, 2075 and in the case of the National Human Rights Service, the National Human Rights Commission According to Rule 31 and 32 of the Regulations on Service, Conditions and Facilities of Employees, 2072, prospective candidates are informed to submit their application by the opening date of 7/29, 2079. According to the Employee Adjustment Act, 2075, employees who have been adjusted at the union, state and local levels can be potential candidates for promotion to a position one rank or level above the service group/subgroup that was in place before the adjustment in accordance with sub-section 4 of section 14 of the same act.
The application form can be downloaded from the Public Service Commission official own website www.psc.gov.np. The concerned candidate should submit one copy of the application form clearly filled in the application form before the last date for submission of the application for civil service posts in the case of Kathmandu Valley, in the case of Application Management Center, in the case of Anamnagar and outside of Kathmandu Valley, in the offices of the Commission and for the National Human Rights Service, in the Secretariat of the Promotion Committee of the National Human Rights Commission. No action will be taken on applications received before the deadline. The applications received in this way will be sent by the offices of the commission to the application management center, Anamnagar and the application management center will arrange to send the received application forms to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee as per promotion notification number.
Matters to be considered by the candidates while applying
(a) In the case of civil service, in accordance with section 22 of the Civil Service Act, 2049, and in the case of the National Human Rights Service, they shall not be ineligible for promotion in accordance with Rule 33 of the National Human Rights Commission's Service, Conditions and Facilities Regulations, 2072
(b) While filling the application form, the reference number obtained from the civil library must be mentioned compulsorily. (c) In the case of educational qualifications for which equivalence has to be determined, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted compulsorily.
(d) A copy of the in-service training certificate for a period of one month or more in the subject related to the service, group or sub-group of the post one grade below the post to be promoted with the application must be submitted.
(e) The details as mentioned in all sections of the application form must be clearly disclosed. While filling the application form, the Ka.S.Mu. of the last five years will be calculated for the assessment. The name of the submitted office, the study leave in the current category and the period of training, if any, and the details of the same should be submitted on a separate sheet.
(f) Application fee Ra.P. Rs.2,500/- (two thousand five hundred) for first class and authorized first class and R.P. For second class and officer second class Rs. 2,000/- (two thousand) should be paid.
