In accordance with the State Civil Service Act, 2077, potential candidates of the State Civil Service are informed to fill out the details mentioned in the application form prescribed by the State Public Service Commission and apply for the following posts to be filled by Baduwa.

The application form can be downloaded from the website ppsc.p2.gov.np of Madhesh Pradesh Public Service Commission. The concerned candidates should submit one copy of the application form clearly filled in at the office of the Commission before the last date for submitting the application. No action will be taken on applications received before the deadline.

The Commission's office will arrange to send the application forms received in this way to the secretariat of the relevant sand committee in one lump sum according to the promotion notification number received.

Points to be considered by the candidates while applying:

(a) Should not be ineligible for promotion as per Section 31 of the State Civil Service Act, 2077. (b) While filling the application form, the reference number obtained from the civil library must be mentioned compulsorily.

(b) In the case of educational qualifications for which equivalence has to be determined, a certified copy of the equivalence determination must be submitted compulsorily.

(c) A copy of the in-service training certificate of a period of one month or more in the subject related to the relevant service, group or sub-group should be submitted with the application.

(d) The details as mentioned in all sections of the application form should be clearly disclosed.

(e) The application fee is Rs 1,500/- (one thousand five hundred) for the eighth level, and Rs 1,200/- (one thousand two hundred) for the new level.

(f) Method and place of submission of application fee State Public Service Commission, Madhesh Province, Janakpurdham office code: 2100117012 and revenue title no. 14224 (examination fee) Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Account No. 100010020010000 or Nepal Bank Limited, Account No. 27102000001001000001, in any of the banks of his choice, the candidate should submit the application by attaching a copy of the complete bank voucher submitted in his name.
